High Altitude Coaching is for highly effective leaders...those who are experiencing the intensity of entrepreneurship, senior leadership, ownership, and/or public performance.
High Altitude is for those in more intense situations in need of...well, more. This experience includes a thorough assessment period, strategic peer feedback, an increased amount of personalized coaching time, and timely access to your private coach.
ASSESSMENT
We launch the coaching experience with a careful assessment of your strengths and challenge areas.

We launch with a half-day get to know you session to explore your past world, your current world, and to discuss your desires for the future.
- We carefully and strategically seek feedback from some of your agreed upon peers.
- We administer a few concrete technical personality instruments to give you concrete information about yourself.
- Together, we determine the initial goals of our work together
GROWTH
The growth phase is the months where you gain lots of knowledge, insights, wisdom, and clarity about so, so much. We will always focus on your current life situations even as we explore things of the past. As we meet regularly, you will be guided through the challenging waters of personal and relational growth while being given the support and care needed for the liminal tension of change.
REPAIR
Should repairs to relationships or systems be required in order to implement new strategies, we can help coach you through this process and even play a role in navigating the repair process with others. The repairing work is often the place where the greatest growth takes place. It is where we take the new ways of seeing or relating and move them from practice to reality.
CONTINUANCE
Having done perhaps a year's worth of good work, we now continue the ongoing work of awareness, growth, and repair. Let's make sure that everything maintains the healthy rhythm you've worked hard to create.
